Is this is possible MS?

I have this symptoms for three years. It's come very month or each two or three month but more in the hot weather. Fatigue, the heat drain my energy, Blurry vision, doble vision, tingiling in hands, feet and face, weakness in all my left side and in my tongue, numbness legs and left side, constipation, speech difficulty, drag my left leg. My recent MRI: HISTORY: WEAKNESS OF LEFT-SIDED BODY
COMPARISON: THERE ARE NO PRIOR RELEVANT STUDIES AVAILABLE.
TECHNIQUE: MULTIPLANAR MR IMAGING OF THE BRAIN WAS PERFORMED
AT 1.5 TESLA.
CONTRAST: 20 ML OMNISCAN GADOLINIUM CONTRAST IV.
FINDINGS:
BRAIN PARENCHYMA: THERE ARE SEVERAL SMALL FOCI OF HYPERINTENSE
SIGNAL WITHIN THE CEREBRAL HEMISPHERES BILATERALLY,
PREDOMINANTLY IN THE SUBCORTICAL WHITE MATTER. THE LARGEST
LESION IS WITHIN THE LEFT CORONA RADIATA MEASURING 6 MM.
FINDINGS ARE NONSPECIFIC. A DEMYELINATING PROCESS IS NOT
EXCLUDED. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF ACUTE INTRACRANIAL
HEMORRHAGE, MASS OR ACUTE TERRITORIAL INFARCTION. THERE IS NO
MASS EFFECT, MIDLINE SHIFT OR EXTRA-AXIAL COLLECTION. THE
MAJOR INTRACRANIAL FLOW VOIDS ARE PRESERVED.
THERE IS NO ABNORMAL CONTRAST ENHANCEMENT WITHIN OR ADJACENT
TO THE BRAIN.
VENTRICLES AND CISTERNS: THE VENTRICLES AND CISTERNS ARE AGE
APPROPRIATE IN APPEARANCE. THERE IS NO HYDROCEPHALUS.
SKULL, SINUSES AND SOFT TISSUES: THE VISUALIZED PARANASAL
SINUSES AND MASTOID AIR CELLS ARE UNREMARKABLE. THE BONES,
SOFT TISSUES AND ORBITS ARE UNREMARKABLE.
CONCLUSION: MILD BILATERAL WHITE MATTER CHANGES.

Hi Yarie. MS could certainly be in the list of possibilities, although the frquency of these episodes is unusual. May I ask your age and what testing other than the mri was done? Has your neurologist offered any suggestions on what he believes the cause may be?
