It feels like my cells are vibrating

Mostly before I go to bed my leg muscles are spasming like crazy, it's not RLS, I don't twitch, I can just feel my muscles twitching non stop, I feel like it's built up adrenaline in my legs. Sometimes it effects my heart and it beats faster and eradictly. And sometimes, riiight before I fall asleep I feel like the adrenaline shoots through out my body like an electric shock forcing me to jolt up right but that calms the twitching an then I can sleep. I also think it may have something to do with laying on my side but I'm not sure.

Talked to 10 different doctors, they have no idea, I need my lord house to give me an idea of what's wrong.
