Hi Sportsguy - I have a similar issue - I find myself leaning to the right when standing, walking, and sitting - and notice the collars of my shirts out of whack. I have also suffered from severe vertigo from time to time. And over the past year, also hear a base rumble/buzz some days. I know the noise is not from the environment because I hear it in different locations. Would love to hear from people who have experience with this.
