Left side of body irritation, ear,neck pain, fatigue...

I have no clue is this a right forum for this question.
Since 3 days I feel like lefts side of body irritation,left ear pain,pressure, tinnitus, pain in left part of neck, feeling like drunk, no strength, strange dizziness.  I am very nervous and feeling like I will explode, and fatigue and feeling like I am not there, like drunk.I have light and sound sensibility. I did get this attacks sometimes but it was never so long.
My MR was ok, EEG too, I have low iron and Vitamin D, but I drinking that, my neck is health, I have little problems with my ears, but nothing horrible, I have heart artemisias- I have migraines in last times much...Never in my life I felt like this.I am scared if I go to doctor he will say it is nothing or so...It is not anxiety or panic.I had that I know how it feels.
