Lightheadedness

About 2 wks ago I started having light pressure in my forehead area. Then during the night when I would turn from one side to the other, that area felt like one of those liquid stress motion boxes that you place on your desk and move up and down that has liquid inside... When I got up I felt very lightheaded.  Now, there is light pressure and I am feeling lightheaded most of the time. I am 59 and am in good health. I exercise and try to eat right.

I use to, but haven't had that in years. Now that you mention it, last night I experienced something that felt like a "pins and needles" on the left side of my face very close to where the nose starts going upward. I failed to mention that I live in the mountains of NC and the altitude sometimes affects me with causing a headache.
