Just in the last 2 weeks my upper lip twitches several times a day. Before that I had an eye twitch for a couple of months, that seems to be gone now. What could this be?

Thanks for writing in. Muscle twitches or spasms can be caused by a number of factors, mostly stress or fatigue. A diet low in potassium has also been found to increase the likelihood of involuntary muscular twitches.
I would suggest that you consult your physician, to rule out the cause for muscle twitching and advise on treatment.
