Looking to see what treatment would be required for the following mri results


Protruding disc at the C6-7 level slightly asymmetric rightward with a
mild to moderate degree of spinal canal narrowing and asymmetric impress
on the ventral spinal cord

Symptoms.  Neck pain and stiffness LROM. Bilateral arm numbness greater left than right.  
Flare ups cause excruciating pain

I have had a four level cervical fusion due to arthritis causing major compression and spinal narrowing. My symptom was mainly severe shoulder and arm pain. This was a major surgery with a long recovery but was successful. I would definitely recommend a consult with a neurologist.
