Lupus, MS, or brain tumor?

Hi I'm a 32 yr old woman. I recently started having floaters in my right eye a few weeks ago no other notable symptoms. I went to the eye doctor and they noticed my optic nerve is swollen in my right eye and my vision is 20/20 in my left eye and 20/25 in my right eye. Waiting to see the neuro opthamologist and in the meantime am obsessing over the possibilities. A couple of days ago I had a pounding headache in the front of my head more so on the right side and the entire time I heard a throbbing in my right ear like my heart beat. When it happened it felt familiar I have experienced before. Also since I was a teenager I've had this horrible aching in my hips that come and go. Xrays and MRIs of my hips have shown nothing to be wrong. The pain is consistently worse during my menstrual cycle otherwise it just randomly happens a few times a month and is helped with naproxen. My family has a history of autoimmune disorders such as lupus, fibromyalgia, celiac disease, and infertility. Curious to hear from those who have any insight. Thank you!
