MRA results

Please give me some insight on these results: Slightly fusiform appearance of the right m1 mca is of uncertain clinical significance and could represent tortuosity of the vessel. Satisfactory flow of the intracranial carotid, verterbrael arteries.
I have been suffering from pressure headaches vertigo, pressure in my sinuses as well so I don't know which is causing these head feelings.
Please Help this has been going on for years

Hello and welcome to the forum.  Thanks for your question.  We hope you've had follow up from your physician regarding these findings to help you understand their meaning as they pertain to you.  It sounds like you have been suffering for quite a long time with your symptoms.  Fusiform is a term used that means spindle-shaped; tapering at both ends.   They were looking at your cerebral artery it sounds like.  They will certainly investigate further as toruosity of the middle central artery can be associated with stroke.  Your symptoms could be related to other things.  The word slight is used at this time and it seems unclear what the severity of this situation. If you do indeed have toruosity of the M1 of the MCA, they will likely recommend treatment.  Please let us know what your follow up with the neurologist is.  We'll be following and wish you the best o health.
