I had a brain MRI done because of possibles Meniere's disease.
Findings:
No intracranial mass affect. No extracerebral collections. The fourth ventricle is midline. The cranial base and calvarium appear to be intact.
The brainstem is not expanded. No internal signal aberrations are seen. The foramen magnum and the floor of the anterior cranial fossa are clear.
There is a mild degree of cerebral and cerebellar cortical sulcal prominence, significance questionable. What does this mean?
