MS and locked right knee

I've had MS for 22 years and over the last 5 my right knee has locked up and my right foot turns outward.  I also have foot drop in the leg.  Will breaking the leg help with my knee problem and if not, do you suggest anything that may help.  I am considering a stem cell procedure in Costa Rica after speaking with several patients who have had amazing results.  You can respond by emailing me at the address I provided below. Thank you kindly.

I have the same problem, but on the left side.  Also my left arm and hand
were affected.  My foot turns inward.   I have had this for years.  For some reason things are getting better.  Hand is now opening somewhat.  The knee has improved, feels a lot better, not so stiff but still locks up.
Would you please tell me what you found out and I hope working for you.
Thank you,

Lana

I'm 17 years old and while I don't have MS (at least that I know of) but when I exercise my left leg  eventually locks up and the foot turns outward. My foot tilts downward as well. However there is no pain, and if i sit down it goes away quickly. But if i try to excercise again i will lock up very quickly. This has been happening for about a year and a half, and i have no idea what it is. Is this similar to what happens when your leg locks up?
