MS or Not MS | That is the question

Hi,
I have had symptoms that suggested MS as a dx. I do not take any supplements. My b6 was very high and my CH50 was border line (not sure of what). Due to having shortness of breath (doing anything) I was sent to a lung dr. My lung muscle strength is working (by PFT measurings) 40% of per the dr "what it should be."  I have several granulomas calcified notes in my lungs one is 3mm (small). The lung dr told me he believe I may have MS and sent me to brain dr.  The MRI came back with 2 very small T2/FLAIR hyper intensities w/o any gadolinium enhancement. I have numbness in legs (at times), sometimes I feel like my brain shorts out on me as I lose every thing I was thinking and saying. I KNOW that its happening and it upsets me. I have finger numbness too. The brain dr told me " heart could not find anything so they sent you to lung and lung could not find anything so they sent you to me" he sounded upset that I was trying to ring out what is wrong with me. Does this sound like MS? I am 48 years (young). Thank you! Kim

Oh, my second MRI results were the same as my first and cause of it was migraine and hypertention.  Which I have.

Boy do I know how you feel, I spent past 3 months thinking I had MS.  I also have small scattered hyperintensities T/2 flair on my MRI.  I had it done twice in 1 year.    I also have weird tingling in my hands, legs and head.  The neurologist assured me I do not have MS.  Its most likely migraines causing them.  I have also had horrible headaches and neck pain for over a year.
But back to your symptoms.  High B6 can cause nerve problems.  Might want to check it out.  Hope you feel better.
