Mild Tremors In My Left Hand

Well, since last sunday I've noticed something weird. I'm sure this is probably not the place to ask but I'm driven with anxiety and i just would rather have someone with knowledge help me than trying to self diagnose myself. I'm twenty years of age and I've noticed that my left hand shakes all the time, it's been a small mild tremor but when I compare it to my right hand its super calm. When i rest my hands they're both are fine but when I use my phone or my controller or hold anything i notice it shakes more than my right, but i was scared of parkinsons since my grandma has it but i realize it doesn't skip generations but it still freaks me out. I went to the doctor and she diagnosed me with a anxiety disorder and i have a vitamin d deficiency, i tried asking about my shakes but she wouldn't give me an answer. Also when i rotate my left hand a certain way it starts to shake as well. If someone could give me some insight it would be super great! I'm just sick of scaring myself.

at worst benign tremor but more likely exaggerated physiologic tremor.
