Milld supratentorial white matter disease and biparietal lobe atrophy

I am 61 years old.  I have been suffering from dizzy spells, vertigo that has caused me to fall over on the ground, short term memory loss, word retrieval problems, binocular double vision and a frequent headache lurking in the background.  Doctor sent me for brain MRI w/wo contrast.  The report shows mild supratentorial white matter disease (I can clearly see the white patches on my scan), and biparietal lobe atrophy.  My doctor has not yet called me to discuss the results or where we go from here.  The report mentions a few possible diagnosis, including MS (which my daughter has), demylemation disease, vasculitis, Lyme disease, etc.  The weekend is here, I am super stressed about what may be wrong.  Any thoughts from the expert(s) here??  My eye surgeon (retinal surgeries in 2019 and 2020 which were 100% successful and each eye is in perfect health and corrected vision individually) has already scheduled me with an neuro-opthalmologist for the double vision issue but I don't see her until August.  Thoughts would be appreciated.
