Mri with non-specific T-2 flair

Hi. I’ve been getting migraines with aura, dizziness, and  anxiety. My pcp sent me for an mri. I now have to consult with a neurologist. Does anyone know what the report below could mean? I’m a 34 year old obese female. I am setting the appointment up are there any specific questions I should ask or has anyone had anything similar?

Study result

Impression

:
1. No acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass or ischemia.
2. Few scattered white matter T2 and FLAIR hyperintensities are
nonspecific in distribution and morphology and may represent sequela
of prior trauma, infection or inflammation. A demyelinating disease
like multiple sclerosis can have a similar appearance in the
appropriate clinical setting.

Narrative

EXAM: MRI / Brain WO/Contrast
EXAM DATE AND TIME: 10/01/2018 18:13:00

HISTORY:Dizziness, diplopia and confusion issues intermittently over
the past 6 months. Evaluate abnormalities with MRI. DIPLOPIA

PROCEDURE: Noncontrast enhanced, multiplanar, multisequence images
were obtained through the brain.

CONTRAST: No IV contrast was administered.

COMPARISON: None available.

FINDINGS:
The brain parenchyma is normal in volume and morphology. Ventricles
are symmetrical and midline. There is no acute diffusion
restriction. A few scattered punctate white matter T2 and FLAIR
hyperintensities are present in the subcortical, periventricular and
deep white matter. Major vascular flowvoids are normal. GRE images
demonstrate no abnormal susceptibility to suggest chronic blood
products..

The pituitary gland, orbits, visualised paranasal sinuses, calvarium
and soft tissues are normal.
