Muscle Biopsy Results

I had a muscle biopsy done after having increased insertional activity in some of my muscles after an emg. My muscle biopsy was done on my right tricep and results are chronic denervation, reinnervation, angular atrophic fibers in areas of grouped atrophy, pyknotic nuclear clumps, excess fiber size type variation, type 2 fiber predominance. I have done genetic tests that came back negative, no significant nerve compression found on mri, blood tests have been negative, autoimmune has been negative. My symptoms are muscle cramping and fatigue in all of my limbs and even torso, so I think the muscle biopsy findings would be found in all of limbs. Right now I’m not able to be very active  without cramping and fatigue. What else could this be? What other tests can I do?
