So the doctors think the reason my memory resets every 24 hours is due to trauma of all different kinds. In an effort to help keep things straight, I wear a body camera and have caring support people around me. The one thing I'd like to do is write a daily log of sorts but not matter how a break the task down, I always seem to fail.
* If I put the task right before I go to bed, it doesn't get done because the day just beats me left, right, and center
* if I put a task to initialize daily log before lunch, one a few hours before I go to bed, a review task right after I wake up next day... still no consistent activation of doing the daily log.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can more consistently write my daily log, review it the next day, and close it out?
