Could this still be a neurological cause if MRI was negative?

To eleborate, I've recently had a brain/neck MRI that showed nothing wrong, along with blood tests, and EMG/NCTs; but I have all of these symptoms (read next) that seem like they're neurological. So my question is, is there any disease/condition with these symptoms that might not show on the those tests?

First off, I've had chronic back pain since I was 15 (6 years). They said the cause was a genetic defect called spondylothesis  (vertebrae bent back too far). I had a fusion, but it only helped a few weeks to a month. I have no bulged disks, pinched nerves, etc. Still have the pain. I've tried many treatments, nearly everything except acupuncture or burning the nerves. Recently, about a year ago, I started getting extreme joint pain. No arthritis. I've falling a few times because the pain in my knee. Then about 5 months ago I started getting weak in my arm's and legs. Its like when you run fast for so long, and its hard to move or even lift your arm afterwards. Everythings heavy, and it takes all your strength. It becomes numb if I keep trying to use them a while. I had to drop school because I'm an art student and can't even draw anymore! Then 3 months ago, i started getting extremely nausous  (throw up without phenegren after a while) and dizzy. It's alright if I stay in bed and don't move or stand or do ANYTHING, but it starts the moment i get up, even if I'm just sitting watching tv. I feel very foggy and hard to focus. My head and face tingle when it's bad. My arm's are the worse, they go numb easily, anytime I keep them in the same position for long. And for some reason, it's the outside that the worse. Sometimes, everything from my middle finger to pinky gets completely numb and tingly, can't feel anything touching. Between the dizzyness and weakness, I always feel like I'm one second from falling or passing out. Only reason I haven't is because I know my limit and make sure Im back in bed before that (usually about 6 hrs). I went to the ER, all they did was give me a medicine, called meclizine, for dizzyness but it did absolutely NOTHING.

The doctors are basically at a dead end, and wont/can't do anything. I'd really like to NOT spend the rest of my live stuck in bed, so if someone has ANY ideas, that would be great. Anything at all.

Have you seen a neuromuscular specialist? Had an emg ? How does your physical look? Any brisk reflexes, are they pathological, stiffness, muscle atrophy, balance problems, speech problems, difficulty swallowing liquids, talking, breathing?

I havent seen any type of muscular specialist. I have had the nerve conductive test along with the muscle test where they electricute you essentially.
They both came back normal both times, but the 2nd time, the doctor was worried because my muscles in my leg where taking forever to respond, and told me to get an mri. However, he never put that in his notes so now none of the doctors will order me an MRI since the results where negative.
I have the stiffness, balance problems, trouble speaking (like o know what I want to say but something else comes out, or I slur and stumble on words), and trouble breathing

Update: They (FINALLY) did an Ana Test after me asking for a year, and it came back positive, 1/350 tier, and double helix, pointing to lupus. But the dsDNA for lupus was negative. I have terruble weakness. It's hard to even hold up my arm's or grasp a pencil.
The only options I can think of is MS, but my MRIS are negative. Anyone know if it's possible to have MS without lesions? Like, maybe it isnt progressed enough yet? Or maybe it only shows up when it's a flare up?
Please help it's been 7 years and doctors wont do anything

sorry I forgot to mention- I suddenly woke up very bloated a few weeks ago. I jumped up like 3 size- even my stretchy pants were stretched to the max. It's better now, but not gone yet. I have the feeling like my stomach or bladder is full, with stomach pain. I don't think it's very hard when I press it though?
