Neck/limb jerking/twitching

I recently got sober and am currently on .5 mg of Klonopin, 100 mg of Lamictal, and 50 mg of Trazadone. Initially, I had some feet jerking, which I attributed to hypnic jerks, but in the past week I have developed twitches all over my body. Even scarier, at night, my head and neck twitch and jerk at night. Any idea what this could be? Could it be medication side effects? Post-acute withdrawal?

Unfortunately it could be a combination of both. That is why I believe that the best option and safest thing for you to do is contact the doctor that subscribe the medication.
