Need help with Migratory pain?

Basic information. I'm thirty one, female, 5'9, 155 lbs, have been active my entire life. Eat mostly healthy. I work up to 65 hours a week with a minimum of forty. And I have migratory pain. I have a diagnosis of past cluster headaches. Over the past few years my weeks of cluster headaches have dwindled and are thankfully gone. I haven't had a relapse in over a year.  My main problem is migratory pain. I first noticed it in my legs many years ago but it was so infrequent that I had been told it was growing pains by doctors and I got very used to shrugging it off, waiting it out or pushing through it. I wish it was back to being like that. It's gotten worse over the past two or three years. It's not just my legs now, it's everywhere not in my joints but muscle areas primarily. The pain has also intensified and happens every day sometimes, Such as today, all day off and on at least several times a hour. I haven't slept in almost two days more than two hours about 4am yesterday. It's 2 am now. The pain almost pulses or throbs. Like it's centered in a golf ball sized area and radiates out maybe throbbing is the right word? But the throbbing doesn't come with my heartbeat like a smashed finger does. I've seen Dr's and it seems like no one is concerned. One Dr had me try cymbalta for a year with very little result. I feel like I need to see a neurologist now for this because of how severe it is becoming. A few months back I went to a orthopedic Dr about a strained muscle in my lower back from pushing too heavy of a dolly at work and was prescribed gabapentin. And since then have found it treats the symptoms I've been having. I asked him about it and questioned if maybe I should see a neurologist because gabapentin is known to treat nerve related pain and he offered to just refill my script every six months. Which of course I agreed to because the day I forgot it and went to work a couple weeks ago was pure hell. The Dr seemed unconcerned but happy that the gabapentin helped and I was nearing the end of my script so I didn't push. I should have I think. I haven't had any medication in three days. It's been raining relentlessly and I spilled some of my script in a large puddle after taking it with me to work to try not to forget it again. I didn't know just a few days would cause it to return with such a Vengeance. But I get my refill tomorrow. My question is, can anyone help me figure this out? I got tested for lyme and it came back negative. And I know I'm probably rambling but I'm trying to give complete information and I am very very tired and hurting right now too bad to sleep, Its hitting my back on the left side and my inner left thigh and right hip area. None at the exact same time. I don't even care anymore if it can be fixed. I just want to know what to expect, is this how my life is going to be?
