Diagnosed with Lyme disease have arm tingling pain and hand tremor

Hello, I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and besides all the related symptoms with Lyme the one that worries me so much is the tingling feeling in my arm and my hand shaking, can this be parkinson disease? Please help me. I also have to say that I worked for more than 10 years doing something that requires a lot physical with this arm. Thanks

I'm looking at being tested for lyme. I have to go out of state for a specialist tho, b/c as you know, typical tests dont mean anything. I have shocky sensations, a little tingling, bone pain, twitching, nerve pain, lots of weird stuff. Are you on therapy for the lyme? And make SURE to talk to the doc treating you on any symptoms you feel.
