Neurology ? Please someone help me or read this please ?

So basically this will be quite long , and please someone answer as I posted some questions before and got no replies :( I'm in desperate need of help , so here it is;

Since January I have been experiencing a lot of problems that I never had before and I have been told it's anxiety but I know that it's not totally it as there is something wrong somewhere so here is my tests that I have done
Positive ;
- multiple ecgs
- echo
- stress test
- 48hr monitor
- ct Angio
- multiple bloods
- h.pylori
- endoscopy
- colonoscopy
- abdominal ultrasound
- chest x-ray
- brain c.t
-lumbar puncture

Negative
- troponin levels 93
- diagnosed with pericarditis
Came about 2 months ago and is cleared up now and found no cause

But before this all happend I was working out and about an hour after I got a bad migraine and numbness in left hand andand a few nights after I went out for a drink and that night is when it all started with palpitations and here is my symptoms since

- constant palpitations
- pain below brestbone
- weight loss
- headaches ( back of head and neck )
- pain in left arm
- chest pains (mainly left)
- pains down left leg
- pains on left shoulder and back
- dizziness all the time
- poor eyesight
- clicking noise in neck
- short of breath and noise breathing
Some more as well

But I'm starting to think this is all due to nerve problems or of some sort as the rest has been ruled out, please someone read this and answer me , I was a footballer for my city and have stopped due to all this as it seems impossible to get on with every day life never mind exercise, I am an 18 year old male

Have you had a CT or MRI done of your cervical spine? If there is going to be a location where a pinched nerve is going to effect your body in that may ways that is were I would focus.

No I have not and I am going to docs today to see if they can refer me to a neurologist but my docs always blame anxiety ??
