Why is my body not listening to me?

I'm 22/female, been of good health most of my life, eating healthy, normal weight, no major problems (had gastritis a year ago). A year and a half something changed, I've started feeling dizzy, disorientated, hard to concentrate, hard to keep my balance, difficulty "finding words". When people speak to me, they are usually asked to repeat two or three more times untill I am actually able to figure out the sentence that's been said to me. I've had this intense brain fog that comes and goes troughout the month. Lasts for a week or two, stops for a few days, I feel my sharpness come back, and then the fog comes back. I have problems remembering tasks I am expected to finish, low spatial awareness, I'm full of bruises because objects seem farther away than they actually are, so I'm crushing on things. Also, when I'm holding something in my hand,it often happens that my hand simply let's go of the object and it falls down. Been breaking plates,glasses,phones... Also, I allways feel like the space around me is suddendly hostile to me. Buttoning my shirt, combing my hair or trying to grip my keys seem like a difficult task to finish properly. It's like I'm a toddler trying to figure out the laws of physics and life all over again. What's going on? This isn't me. I used to be very sharp and alert, this change is terrifying.
