Nootropic damage

I experimented with nootropics for a few days.  Could I have damaged my brain?

I took rhodiola rosea, piracetam, and l-theanine together.  I experienced a headache and some tremors/twitching in my forehead.  I no longer have any symptoms.

I think you mean "No you have NOT damaged your brain at all." correct?

No you have damaged your brain at all.  You were probably experiencing some side effects from the rhodiola.  If it happens again it might be from your lack of choline levels when taking piracetam.  I read that choline can reduce the headaches from piracetam usage at www.smartdrugsforthought.com/what-is-piracetam  They explain the usage of choline when taking piracetam.  If that doesn't help you might be low on glutamate or calcium levels.  Consult with your doctor if if continues even after using these simple resolutions.  Take care my friend.
