Not sure what's going on Dr thinks something neurological?

I'll start from the beginning. I am 23, so the past month I have had left sided parathesia(numb-like but not completely numb weakness and shooting pain) in my leg arm and face. I have had speech problems like stuttering forgetting simple words and slurring. Headaches.

Now not all this has happened just this month. I'd say it has been probably since it was 19 that some symptoms like dropping things and stuttering. Numbness was on and off but in past couple weeks the left sided thing has stayed.

Hope I explained it right.
