Numb, pins and needles sensations

Hello. I'm a 31 y/o female, non-smoker, healthy, active, and work as a Radiologic Technologist. For the past year or so, I've been experiencing these numb, tingling sensations in different parts of my body. It almost feels as though I have icy hot on the affected areas (although they are still warm to touch.) The sensations can be very quick and fleeting in nature or they can sometimes last for minutes, hours, and even days. However, there are days and sometimes weeks that I don't experience them at all. They began in my fingers and toes, then in my calves. In recent months, the feeling has spread to my left upper back (between my spine and scapula) and occasionally the back of my head (parietal-occipital region). About a few weeks ago, for the first and only time, I felt the pins and needles sensation across my chest, shoulders and anterior neck. Also worth mentioning, there is no pain associated with the numbness. I'm also constantly tired despite getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night. I'd explain the tiredness as a weak, drained, dizzy feeling.

I've tried to dismiss the sensations in hopes that they will go away, but over time, they seem to just increase in frequency and begin to affect more areas. I want to make a doctors appointment, but I fear that tests/bloodwork would come back normal and I won't be taken seriously.

Any thoughts on what can be causing this? Thank you for your time.
