Numb and stiff right side of face (central issue)

Hello! My mother had a major operation a year and four months ago - a removal of a large tumor around the pituitary gland which had caused a sudden hemorrhage. Ever since, she's had a a hemiparesis on the left side of her body, which has been steadily recovering ever since.

However, our main concern is that her facial sensation hasn't improved since, and might even be going worse with each passing day. She has difficulty eating, feeling her muscles pull at her right side with each bite, only to slightly relax after she stops eating. Do you recommend any sort of treatment to this issue?

She has reduced sensation in the right side of the face, with numbness and stiffness in the right side of her tongue, cheek and lips. Her right eye has restricted motor functions and sometimes has difficulty blinking. We've been told this is caused by a central nervous system issue, most likely damage caused to the trigeminus nerve. We tried botox once, which had little to no effect, although we were told it was put incorrectly and the specialists were not very competent. We've tried numerous medications which I can list if needed. Currently, she is taking pills containing Gabapentin, which seems to have no real effect other than slightly improve her depression and mental health. Her calcium levels are also high - may this be any cause?

Most recently, we asked a hospital in Turkey about an opinion, and they responded by saying she had a 7x6mm remaining lesion in the right cavernous sinus area which had to be removed with a cyber knife. However, we are not sure this is something we should do, since several other surgeons and radiologists mentioned this would not fix here face issue, and that there's a risk of affecting a nerve which might cause blindness.

Any help is appreciated - the situation is very difficult, as she is suffering from heavy depression which has sometimes lead to suicidal thoughts. All other rehabilitation is going fine and progressing well, but my mom's facial problems and eating difficulties seem to be unbearable for her!
