Numbness Swelling and headaches

I am a 25yo male normally healthy who has been dealing with nerve problems for the past year or so. I’ve had numbness and pins and needles feelings in my arm and leg 99 percent of the time on my right side. Originally I was told that the problem was a vitamin d deficiency but the problem persisted after. Recently I was admitted to the ER with stroke like symptoms including a severe headache with the numbness in the same two limbs on my right side. My CT Scan and MRI came up mostly normal revealing only what doctors called a childhood injury but had healed significantly and was probably not what was causing the severe headache. Since then I have been given  medication that has quelled the headaches but now instead of numbness I’ve had pain in those limbs and have recently discovered my right shoulder Is swelling along with my right calf. My doctors seem stumped on what’s causing the changes anybody have any info?
