Numbness and tingling, low sex drive

Hello,
I'm a 31-year-old female with some issues that have yet to be cleared up by my doctors, and thought I might get some help on this site. I have four children ages: 13, 5, 4 and 2. All 4 were vaginally delivered with epidurals. I had hypothyroid issues with my last pregnancy, but have since confirmed that my levels are within normal limits. I have low blood pressure, often get dizzy or lightheaded when standing, And smoke about a pack of cigs a day. I take 1000 of vitamin d daily. My symptoms are as follows. About 6 months ago I lost my sex drive almost completely and also began to have vaginal dryness. My left breast excreted milky fluid although it had been dried up for about a year. This lasted one day. My periods remain normal, lasting up to 5 days. I sought advise from both my family doctor and my ON/GYN, they ran blood tests, but came up with nothing. then i was told it was normal for me to not have a sex drive because I was now 30 years old with four kids. They blamed it on emotional factors entirely and told me my husband and I need to go do stuff together. I don't agree with this. My marriage is strong and our sexual ratio ship has always been great. We have been together 13 years and I have never had issues with this before. during the winter months I get extremely fatigued and lethargic. I have tried to seek help for two years in a row, including thyroid testing to no avail. The most recent issue I am having I I wake during the night to painful numbness and tingling in my arms, hands and occasionally legs and feet. If I sit on my legs for even one minute they fall asleep and tingle. If I rest my arms in one position for too long the same happens. I cannot hold my arms above my head for much time without pain. I sleep on my stomach with my arms under my pillow or above my head. I have had quite a bit of hair loss after giving birth to my 2 year old, but that seems to have stopped. I also get very fatigued every day around 2 pm. Somebody please help me figure this out!! Thanks so much

I looked that one up too, it's frightening how many are going untreated. My symptoms didnt bother me that much till I lost my sex drive and started getting the numbness, I just hope I can find a dr to help!

No problem. :)  I have cellular thyroid resistance issues so i've had hypothyroid symptoms for 25 years with optimal thyroid labwork. My labs only started to slowly change when Hashimoto's thyroiditis also showed up about 4 years ago.  Another article you might want to check out is by Chris Kresser: 5 Thyroid Patterns That Won’t Show Up On Standard Lab Tests.

I found it, wow. I had receding guns when I was like 7 and many of these symptoms. But why would my tests come back fine?

Thank you red star, but they did an ultrasound and complete blood work and everything was in normal limits. They thought I might have horishimoto, but I don't know?!

Where do I find this article, on this site or the web?

Oh, and I am not on any form of birth control. Hubby had a vasectomy prior to the birth of our fourth.
