Pain in the hands and arms

My hands and arms have been very painful.
I have tingling both in my hands and sores of the feet.
I have chronic tiredness and I have a hard time dragging my body.
The lower part of my legs used to feel very cold especially during winter.
The whole body feel feverish most times.
I also have pain in my shoulders, breasts and armpits.
My jaws feel tight especially in the evenings and mornings.
Nothing seems to be normal in this body..

There can be several reasons of your generalized body pain & numbness although without being able to examine you I can not offer you the specific advice on diagnosis and treatment that you need, but I would try to provide you some relevant information about your health concern.

Most likely your symptoms could be due to injury to a nerve, pressure on spinal or peripheral nerves (neuropathy), vitamin deficiency, lack of blood supply due to block in vessels in the extremities, viral infection and use of certain medications.  In addition, atherosclerosis can also cause pain, numbness, and tingling while walking and they can also reduce blood supply and lead to numbness. Please consult your doctor to get all these possibilities evaluation in your case for further assessment. Hope this helps.

I'm no doctor or expert but I would see a doctor soon and have an MRI with contrast done of your brain and spine asap.
