Paresthesia, Brian Lesions and burning tongue MS

Hi, My Name is Noelia and i´m from Argentina.
A few months ago i started noticing that my legs felt numb when i spend to much time sitting with crossed legs. Then i started doing pilates, on the first class i felt my legs and arms going numb in different exercises, which had never happened before. The next week i felt a tingling sensation, like pins and needles, in both my legs below the knee and in both my arms and hands too.
I went to my GP, and he prescribed B12 vitamins and a consult with a Neurologist. The Nero prescribed lyrica to treat the paresthesias.
He also ordered full blood work and an MRI without contrast. The result came and  the MRI showed multiple white matter lesions (1mm to 3mm).  He saw the results and said that they were non consistent with MS, that i could have them since i was born. He also said that he´ll take a closer look and to come back in 3 weeks to see how i was doing.
The legs and arms tingling disappeared, but i have this itchiness mostly in my legs and i noticed yesterday i burning sensation in one side of my tongue.
Could this be MS? I now live in constant fear of having MS. And every symptom i have i googled it and it always says it could be MS.
