Paroxysmal Non kinesigenic Dyskinesia

Hi, I'm a 31 year old male and I suffer from paryoxsmal non kinesigenic dyskinesia, I have done since I was 6 months old. I have been on many medications with no avail and I see a specialist but on my last visit he said as I've been on almost all the medications available there's not much he can do. I feel let down that he hasn't given me much options and my hope of trying reduce my seizures seems to be disappearing quickly. My problem is I have around 3 -4 seizures daily and last from 20 minutes to 14 hours, it gets very painful and makes finding and getting a job very difficult. If anyone knows any good specialists that can give me any hope and advice then I would appreciate it very much as I am running out of options on what to do.
Thank you
