Pelvic pain left side mostly and perineum and anus

Symptoms: These are ALL my symptoms. Wondering if i should see a neurologist who specializes in pelvic floor pain? I've been taking antibiotics for 1+ weeks for suspected prostatitus but I don't sense a benefit yet other than less perineum discomfort. 1. Left side of perineum swells with minor pain during erection - between scrotum and anus and the erection itself can be a little painful (2-3 / 10). 2. When i lay down, a very uncomfortable feeling develops over one minute, feeling like there's a golf ball in my anus. Have to sleep with one leg raised (sleep on back) or with one leg raised on two pillows (sleep on side). In the morning i'm ok laying down with no tricks. 3. Pain when i pull my left leg to chest - pain is underneath where the hip "folds", from left side of leg to perineum. 4. Erection during sleep lasting entire night (every time i wake up during the night - there it is. i can make it go away in a couple minutes using mind-power. 5. Occasional 'tics' at anus, perineum. 6. Occasional 'pings' of pain on left side of penis, anus (like being poked with a needle). 7. "Swelling" feeling around anus when sitting on soft chairs (i'm ok to sit on a bucket). 8. It used to help using prep-H suppository for the swelling feeling, but last night after it slipped inside anus, got a brief burning feeling in colon - on posterior side of colon.
