Raised personal concerns

Hello,
I would really love to get some opinions on symptoms I have been experiencing for almost a year now. To make a long story as short as possible, I have been experiencing headaches regularly for about 10 months now and they can last for a few weeks at a time. THey are ususally subtle but start throbbing at times. I have been feeling extrememly fatigued, and lathargic as well which is unusual for me. I can get up to 12 hours of sleep and still be fighting to keep my eyes open during the day, when I'm driving is the worst. It can be pretty scary because the sleepiness just takes over me. I have been experiencing numbness in my arms and hands, as well as my legs. There is no particular position that i experience it most, I can be lying flat on my back and my are or leg will go numb. I typically have a diastolic BP in the mid 60's but have been having bursts of high BP in the high 90's even at complete rest. My mood has changed significantly in the last few months especially, as has my memory. I can't seem to recall many of the things I once knew so well or things that I heard/ learned recently. It seems like it takes me a great deal of effort to recall information, as well as words. When I talk I have a difficult time finding the words i need or want to use. Its quite embarassing. There are days when I feel pressure behind my left eye, which is also where most of my headaches radiate from. With the headaches, i can have a lot of nausea. The doctor, has done a blood test on me but the results came back ok. I also have TMJ and a left collar bone and shoulder that sit much higher on one side. (possible torticolllitis) She doesnt seem concerned at all but I just dont feel like myself. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thank you!! I appreciate the response. I am following up with my doctor soon, as the numbness in my arms and legs is becoming much more regular and disturbing my sleep. Any ideas about the numbness?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. Your condition may be related to the extreme fatigue you experience. Extreme fatigue could be due to hormonal imbalance of PCOD, anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, low vitamin D, low vitamin B12, or due to kidney or liver problems. Another possibility is sleep disturbances (like sleep apnea, imbalance of rapid eye and non rapid eye movement sleep etc.). You may sleep your customary 7-8 hours and yet feel fatigued. You need sleep studies to rule this out.
Other possibilities are chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, low iron, low calcium, sodium and potassium. Hyperthyroidism too causes increased sweating and tiredness.   Postviral fatigue syndrome is another possibility. Persisting EBV infection or mono can also be the cause. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.Hope this helps. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.
