Random Muscle Spasms

For almost 2 years now I have had random and uncontrollable muscle twitches. They are always small twitches and don't happen that much, maybe once every 3 months. But once it starts twitching it will continue for about a week. I happens randomly, usually to caffs and biceps. Do have have a low potassium or something like that?

This COULD be related to a mineral or vitamin deficiency or to BFS.

I would recommend you have some basic labs done especially checking Magnesium, Calcium, Sodium, Potassium and b12 levels then go from there.

Yes, could very well be a vitamin/mineral deficiency.  Also could be if you are overdoing it in the exercise department, you might have to cut back for a week and see if that helps.
