Is it just Orthostatic hypotension or something else ..?

So about 4 years ago I started having random vision blackouts which I passed off as hypotension. It went away and then about 2 years ago it came back and ever since then I've been having these vision blackouts everyday not a single to missed since then.Recently I had episodes of shaking but they come and go.Sometimes it'll be in my legs, sometimes my hands, and sometimes I'll get this jittery shaky feeling throughout my whole body. But since they r at random I didn't worry about it that much.Well I never payed attention but if I walk a certain distance lets say about a block my left leg will start hurting so bad if I try to bend it to the point I'll be walking like I have a doll leg to avoid the pain. After a little bit of rest that goes away.None of that really concerned me but when I lost the feeling in my legs for a short time (6mins)it scared me to death and I scheduled an appointment with my PCP.I got a CT and some blood work done and all was normal.I saw a neurologist and she just said it was hypotension but did some blood work before sending me home. All of that bloodwork was normal as well.Just a two weeks ago I had another episode of numbness in my legs and I've noticed something the day it happens I get that jittery feeling throughout my whole body.I don't know if it's just me being scared cause it has happened again and worrying about nothing or if it's simething more.If you can give me some guidance on what to do I'd be thankful.
(Also I don't have a vitamin deficiency, anemia, thyroid problem or autoimmune disease
Which is what my bloodwork ruled out.
