Seeking a physician that specializes in treating adhesive arachnoiditis.

I live in the Dallas, Texas area but would be willing to travel almost anywhere to find effective treatment for this condition.  I have searched the internet but have not found anything that points me to a physician, currently practicing, that emphasizes treatment of adhesive arachnoiditis.  There is a wealth of information on what it is, what causes it, pain meds, and what to expect, but no real references to someone who I can make an appointment and actually get help.
Thank you in advance for your help.

I would suggest you do research on "pubmed", which is the government data base for medical research. Locate an appropriate research paper and make note of the name of the physician (usually more than one) on the publication. Usually the medical facility they are affiliated with is noted. Then you can contact an expert M.D. who is doing the latest research in treatment and diagnosis.
