Seizure like symptoms with full awareness of surroundings?

I’m a 38 years old female.
These are notes on my experience:
11/13/17 5am first time dizzy, lightheaded, shaking, wheezing, nauseas, diarrhea, clammy, not coherent 2 hr recovery- went to ER. Diagnosis: stress
11/25/17 425am post sex dizzy, shaking, nauseas, lightheaded, difficulty breathing wheezing , hands clinched into claws, jaw tight, numbness, sweating, lasted approx 10 minutes
Recovery 25 minutes shaking bp 107/72 p 79, hard stool,
More coherent than last time
12/2/17 5 minutes
Nauseas, lightheaded, difficulty breathing, hands shaking, a few hours later legs shaking.
12/4/17 10 minutes
Dizzy, whole body shaking
4/4/18 15 minutes
Dizzy, whole body shaking, nausea and diarrhea. Sweating profusely
10/24/18 3am 7-9 minutes post sex
Nausea and vomited - unable to open mouth. Able to swallow Clenched jaw. Whole body shaking. Clenched hands. Body numb. Sweating profusely. No loss of bowels/bladder.
1/11/19 1250p 10 minutes legs shaking nauseas lightheaded no loss of bladder or bowel tingling hands bp 149/104 p 93
15 minutes later bp 126/89 p83
