medical background:
I am 21 years old.
I have been having severe headaches since I was 16.
Chronic joint pain at 16 as well.
I was EXTREMELY active as a child/teenager. (Swimming, Soccer, Cheerleading, Tennis, Track, Volleyball)
Pain became worse after I had a child.
Now:
My headaches don't seem to be triggered by anything in particular that I can find, I can wake up with a headache in the morning, I can get them while reading, while driving and sometimes they wake me up in the middle of the night. But I do get them every day. I went to an Optometrist and he said that my sight wasn't causing my headaches. On a pain scale of 1-10 headaches are usually a 7 and an 11 on bad days. Sometimes the pain is so bad that I throw up. My headaches aren't always localized to one area. Sometimes it hurts in the back, sometimes on the sides and other times in the front. My joint pain is the same, it comes at any time, no matter what activity I may be doing. My fingers, ankles, hips, wrists, neck, back(in all places, not just lower, mid or upper), jaw, knees and elbows all hurt at any time. It feels like a mix between a burning feeling and like someone has stuck a knife into my joints and won't take it out. I have a 1 year old and when I was pregnant with him my headaches got worse and after I had him my joint pain got worse as well. I can't have this kind of pain when I should be playing with my son. Help me, please.
