Severe Symptoms With No Diagnosis

I chose " OTHER " under topic because I could have chosen so many.
Maybe someone here can help because the doctors were't taking questions.
I've had severe pain on my right side from just above my hips down into my feet. I have pain in right inguinal area ( But nothing is wrong there.) Also pain that goes over my right hip
that runs back to the right side pai in back area. I am very weak and have to take Ritalin 10 mg three times a day.just to do everyday things. My voice is horse. My uvula raises and points left. I have no Achilles heel reflexes. No sexuality. This all started in the mid 90s. No doctor has diagnosed me. I had several MRIs of the brain and nothing was wrong than in 2006 I was diagnosed with progressive relapsing MS right from the start. I am getting weaker and at times feel I am about to die

Thank you for responding.
The symptoms I mentioned started in 1991..15 years before the MS.
Due to my symptoms I had MRIs of my brain plus a spinal tap to see if I had  the protein..the first time in 1993 and again in 1999. I didn't have brain lesions nor the protein
I've had splice MRIs of my entire spine with no herniations or protrusions.

The MS came after I was forced by a healthcare employer to have a measle and mumps vaccine when  after a blood test they told me that although I had these childhood diseases I had no antibodies for them. . I also had a three part series of shots for hepatitis

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
I am sorry to know about your pain and suffering. Most of your symptoms are related to Multiple sclerosis. Multiple sclerosis causes muscle weakness and nerve damage all over the body. Hoarseness may be caused by neck muscle weakness and paralysis of the vocal fold as a result of multiple sclerosis. Hoarseness may or may not be related to the other symptoms. One of the other causes of hoarseness of voice and severe pain in the back is Aortic dissection. It is a serious condition. The causes of hoarseness not related to back pain are- Vocal cord lesions, allergies, thyroid problems or laryngeal cancer. The causes of back, hip and leg pain may be Sciatica, Nerve injury or compression due to disc protusion, degeneration, herniation or MS itself. Please consult a neurologist for the proper management of symptoms. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
