Severe headache then fainting

This morning as my 11 year old daughter was standing in the bathroom getting ready for church she suddenly got a severe headache. It lasted about 10 seconds and then she fainted. Luckily I was standing by her and caught her. After 15 seconds maybe, she woke up. Then she threw up and got a nose bleed. At the hospital they said her CT scan , blood labs, urine, flu swab came back normal.ekg looked a little off one doc said, the pediatrician said it looked OK. But she is going to see a cardiologist. However the fainting they say was probably a vasovagal syncope thing. She's never passed out before or had such a bad headache.
