Should I be concerned about clear fluid rushing from my right nostril when I sit up?

For the past year I have had random moments where a salty clear fluid runs quickly out of my right nostril and then stops, this happens about 1-3 times a week. Last night, I sat up in bed and this time clear fluid rushed heavily out of my nostril and soaked my bed sheets about the size of a grapefruit. On top of this for the past couple days i have had this weird pulsing vibration that doesn't stop in my right ear drum, it isnt loud but its a little distracting.  I hadn't really worried until this happened. Yesterday i felt a sensation of fluid rushing down my throat into my stomach, I remember wondering where that would have come from? but I didn't think much of it until this happened last night.
There is a lot of chaos going on right now and it is hard to go in for anything unless it is Covid-19 related so I was hoping to get some answers here.

Hi.  So, do you have a 'cold'?  While covid-19 is scary, I don't think your runny nose is a symptom.  In fact, that's listed as rarely and more along the lines of basic cold symptom on comparison charts.  Cough, fever and shortness of breath, hallmarks of covid-19.   Anyway, are you worried this is spinal or cranial/brain fluid leaking?  (since you in the Neuro community)?  I don't think this is all that common but it IS described as salty and clear as yours is.  Here's an article on it.  https://www.healthline.com/health-news/how-could-a-brain-fluid-leak-be-mistaken-for-allergies#4  Have you hit your head or anything?  I would monitor it and if it keeps happening, I guess check in with your doctor.  This is such a crazy time and going to your doctor unless they say you should should be avoided.  (you don't want to get sick with covid-19 on top of anything else going on).  Read through that and see if it rings a bell.  I have had a runny nose myself recently and found I also swallowed a good deal.  But it was right after a sore throat so I related it to a cold.  But you sound like you don't have any other symptom?

I don't have an answer for you but it sounds like the weird problem I'm having.  I think I have a nosebleed but am not quick enough to get a Kleenex before my right nostril turns into a water faucet & it soaks everything around me. The liquid is clear & watery. When dried it's like nothing was ever there, it completely vanishes. I woke up one morning after falling asleep in a weird position with my head back & when I bent forward, I covered my arms, pillowcase & sheets in that liquid from my right nostril. This has happened 5 times in the last month. I have a runny nose 60% of the time. I had 2 septoplasties in 2005 which made my beautiful nose ugly. Then there's my car accident in 2006 where I was knocked out & had a small brain bleed. The doctors I've asked about this are clueless & I feel like a hypochondriac now, but I know what's happening is not normal. Please, if you've found an answer I'd be forever grateful to hear it? Thank you & I wish you well!
