the MRI report is :
the white and grey matter , of cerebrum have normal signal and configuration .
No hydrocephalus is evident and all ventricles are symmetric and normal .
The cerebellar hemispheres , C.P.A , brainstem , pons , medulla oblangata and 7/8 nerve complex are normal bilaterally .
The optic chiasm , pituitary stalk , gland and visualized portions of both orbital contents have normal signal and appearance .
No S.O.L ( space occupying lesion ) is seen .
The interhemispheric fissure is centered on the midline .
The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoidal air cells are unremarkable .
