Starange syptoms - What’s the next step

Starting in January I started to get severe neck pain causing numbness in my face and arm, so I sent to an ortho. He said it it was cervogenic headaches and had me do PT. It felt better until April/May when the neck pain started again and got worse and worse so I sent back and they did a neck MRI when showed nothing significant. They scheduled a lumbar MRI because their was an incidental finding of fluid leakage. Lumbar MRI came back fine and they said fluid was no big deal. In the mean time pain got worse, causing dizziness, head pressure upon standing and sitting without neck support. I also had nausea, numbness in left side of face/arm/leg. Followed up with neurologist and he said it was migraines and prescribed Maxalt and Predinone. Neither helped and I was so dizzy/nauseous at this point that I could barely eat. I had IV injections or Toradol/Strriods/Dexa(?). That hrlped head pressure but still was dizzy (got them a second time and they made it worse). Doctor prescribed prednisone again. (its been about 2 months at this point). So I went to ER one night and they did a lumbar puncture and zinged a nerve. After puncture I had a leak so they did a patch. Now it’s been a little over a week since the patch and I’m having tingling sensations down my leg, feels like water running down sometimes. I have low back pain and my spine and brain feel like they are vibrating. I developed a tremor in my left hand now as well.

I feel like my numerologist is stuck in migraine and I don’t know what else to do. My brain MRI was clear and my neck and back MRI was clear. My PCP has done blood tests for just about everything including diabetes and thyroid. I can’t get this to go away.
