Strange pressure in left temple area?

For the past 4 days I've had a strange pressure in my left temple, chest pain and dizziness. I'm really paranoid that it could be a brain tumor or brain aneurysm. I went to the hospital and the doctor just told me it was tension headaches and heart burn. I do have anxiety and had a panic attack about the pressure, the first night it started. I would really like some advice. I have a feeling it is my anxiety but I am just really paranoid about it being a tumor/aneurysm. The pressure in my head is constant and doesn't move around at all. If you can help, thank you.
By the way, I'm 19 female.
