Sudden loss of coordination, balance and dropping things

I am a 34 year old mom of 4 children ages 7 months to 14 years. I am basically healthy but in the last few months I have started dropping things, losing my balance and running into stuff. I also find I am forgetting things. Just today I turned on the stove without realizing it until my husband told me the stove was on. Any idea of what is causing this?

Thank you. I wondered if stress had something to do with it.

Hi,
How are you?
I would say the reason for your symptoms is that you have your handfuls at the moment and you may be very tired.
There may be too many things to remember and too many tasks to be done.
Please plan your work in a better way if possible. You can keep a note of all the relevant things to be done in a day.
Also a multivitamin supplement will help. If your symptoms persist please get a clinical evaluation done by your physician. Do keep us posted!
