I was on Fentanyl 50mg change every 3 days
and Tramadol 50 mg 2 tb 3 X a day they are taking me off of these per the neruologist and putting me on Topomax which just started. The pain management doctor said it is in their best interest to listen to the neurologist. I went to rehab and they said it is chiari there is nothing they can do about that. Mind you my headache hurts a little but not near as bad as the leg cramps and stuff.

Hi,
Can you tell me what pills are those and what dose you are taking?
What did pain management specialist have to say about this problem?
Are you still on his list? Are you attending the rehab programme?
Bye.

I have mild tingling I was released from my neurosurgeoun and my neorulogist sent me to a [ain management dr and the neurologist then deduced that the pills the pain dr had me on might cause the cramps but i had them pre surgery as well.

Hi,
How are you?
Is tingling and cramping is still there.
Unfortunately, post-surgery some patients might experience this. It is best that you consult a pain specialist.
You can also enroll in rehab program.
Alternatively, you can consult your neurosurgeon regarding this.
Bye.
