I need a doctor with knowledge about Syrinx in North Carolina

I have an syrinx C5-T5. I have been to a Neurosurgeon, Neurologist, Family doctor and ENT doctor. None of them have knowledge in a syrinx. They all state I was probably born with it and since you are 51 years old you should be fine. I have been having symptoms for over 10 years. They doctors say I have fibromyalgia.  I started falling in November so they did an MRI of my brain and spine to check for MS. They found the syrinx but say its nothing. I would love to find someone to talk to with similar problems and I would love to fins a doctor with knowledge. Thanks so much for reading my post.
