The shakes

Hello, I am 16 years old and I have notice for quite a while (over a year) my hands shake. Its very noticeable when im holding something for example a glass of water, my phone even a pencil. I then have recently found a hard bump directly on the back of my head. It does hurt to push on but its been over a month. It is now that people notice my shaking im not able to hide it but it is quite embarrassing. I just dont want to sound crazy and go see a doctor yet. Can any one help on here?

You might just need to take a beta blocker but check it up properly so that it isn't something dangerous.

It would be the best thing at this point in time to see a doctor.
They would not be judgmental to you and they would
be able to find out the cause of this concern.
The bump on your head may or may not be related.
Think back if you fell or injured yourself  during the time
it started as that may be a potential cause. Its important
not to keep touching it as that could worsen it.
When you do go to the doctor put together as much information
as possible about anything that may have happened
in the way of any health conditions  you may
have had, even if unrelated, when you started
to have this concern with your hands shaking. Also
a full list of any medications you may have taken for
any health condition during that time or in the past. As well a full history of family health conditions. All this information should help your doctor
to be better able to diagnose and treat this concern.
