Tingling in arms legs and back for one month

Hi I’ve been very worried about symptoms for a while. I’ve been having this tingling pricking sensation all over my body for one month so far. Sometimes it feels like an itch. It starts first thing in the morning when I stand up and go to the bathroom. My lower legs start tingling then it moved up my legs then it’s eveywhere. This happens gradually. But gets worse then randomly getting better throughout the day. It’s been there daily but most of the time is on and off. Low or high intensity. This tingling is totally random.

Got everything checked. B12, B6, Folate, MRI of brain , kidney panel, liver panel, autoimmune diseases, Lyme.

Im currently on nortrypline for migraines for 2 years and diltiazem. Haven’t started any new meds.

Could this just be anxiety, every doctor tells me that but idk why I can’t believe it. This feels so awful I sometimes cry a lot about it because I miss my old self.

By tingling and pricking do you mean like pins and needles? That's what I have throughout my body except my face along with itching through my body.

I pretty much have the same thing. Do you have diabetes or high blood pressure? I was on Lisinopril and i ended up in the ER for the blood pressure medicine. It's called Paresthesia. They put me on something new. I feel a lot better but now I wonder if it's something else. It keeps me from sleeping and it wakes me up. Before when I was on Lisinopril sometimes it would fire in the same spot multiple times and i had problems walking. It has not been that bad since. I wonder how long this med will be in my body for. It also happens when my sugar is low.
